- I'm a stay-at-home mom with the three best little girls ever! Kailee, Ava, and Hadlie. And although my husband, Beau, is not home often since he's in school, and he dragged me accross the nation from friends and family, I think he's the best too! All in all, I'm a pretty lucky gal.

Monthly Recipe
Best Thanksgiving
Sweet Potato Casserole
3 cups yams or sweet potatoes mashed
½ cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
¼ cup butter
1/4 tsp cinnamon
Cream or milk if needed to bring to consistency slightly thicker than applesauce.
Mix all ingredients and place in greased 9x13 dish.
Topping:
½ cup flour
½ cup brown sugar
¼ cup pecans
1/3 C butter
Cut ingredients together and sprinkle on top of sweet potatoes.Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or till top is light brown and crunchy.
*We used to have yams and sweet potatos with marshmallows until we had Thanksgiving dinner last year with a friend that was raised on a sweet potato farm. This is sooooo much better! It's like dessert!

How cute! I can't believe she is a Sunbeam this year! She makes me miss being in Primary every week with those cute little 3yr olds!
So cute! I love when the younger kids sing that song-it's just so adorable!
I really miss that age with Hannah. Those moments are so precious. Make sure you cherish every moment :)
